Endless Communication
In a world full of social media, it's becoming harder and harder to stand out when it comes to apps and other social media platforms. With Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat taking the social media world by storm, it's hard to develop an app that will outshine those. However, as years go on, more and more people are pulling away from Twitter and becoming more addicted to taking pictures of their eyes and forehead, and random things in front of them for Snapchat, or posting silly pictures of them and their friends and showing all of Instagram, and becoming less addicted to retweeting and tweeting things about their everyday lives.
Although people are no longer vibing to the cute little white bird in the light blue square, I think Twitter is easily one of the best news outlets there are. When you think about it, on all other social media sites, people are always screenshotting things from Twitter and putting it everywhere else. Why? Because most times the tweets are from political figures, or news stations, or celebrities, and that's what attracts people. People want to know the news is real and coming from a verified source, and Twitter makes that super easy by putting verification checkmarks next to people's/news stations pages to let others know that they're not a fake account.
